ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a research-backed approach that helps individuals manage difficult thoughts and emotions while focusing on what truly matters to them. EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
