About me:
Vidya is the founder of KAFC, where she leads with a deep commitment to fairness, compassion, and community. After beginning her career as an engineer, she made the transition to mental health to better serve her own family as an autism parent. This personal experience fuels her passion for advocacy and drives her mission to create inclusive, high-quality services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Vidya’s leadership is built on the belief that every individual deserves meaningful support, and she works tirelessly to ensure that KAFC remains a place of integrity, growth, and empowerment.
Vidya does not see KAFC as a business but as a calling. She reinvests company earnings into staff development, client services, and community initiatives to create a lasting impact. Her close-knit approach fosters a workplace culture where every team member is valued, supported, and encouraged to contribute to a shared vision of equitable care. Under her leadership, KAFC continues to set a standard for compassionate, culturally responsive services that uplift both the individuals it serves and the professionals who make it possible.

About me:
Andy Song is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA), and educator with a deep commitment to advancing behavioral health and special education. As the former Statewide Behavior Analyst for the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Andy worked to shape policies and programs that improved access to behavioral support services across Washington. He also made history as the first BCBA to work in both the Emergency Department and Psychiatric Inpatient Unit at Seattle Children’s Hospital, playing a foundational role in designing the hospital’s groundbreaking biobehavioral program. His expertise spans applied behavior analysis, mental health, and disability advocacy, with a strong focus on bridging gaps between clinical practice and community-based care.
Currently, Andy is a professor and lecturer at Tacoma Community College and Colorado State University, where he's educating future professionals in the fields of human services, counseling, and applied behavior analysis. He has his doctorate in Special Education and Counseling, specializing in learning disabilities, further reinforcing their dedication to inclusive and accessible education. Through his teaching, research, and advocacy, Andy continues to push for systemic improvements that empower individuals with disabilities and provide meaningful, culturally responsive support to diverse communities.

Grace Lee

About Me: Grace Lee is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed provider in Washington and Texas states. Grace graduated from University of Washington and Arizona State University with a master's in Education with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Grace has experience working with clients aged from 16 months to 22 years with deficits in functional communication, social communication, and social-behavioral/emotional skills, and behavior management since 2016. She also works with families and other providers by providing behavior management protocol and adaptive life skill support in home or community settings and consulting with school districts. Grace is dedicated to providing quality care and ensuring meaningful gains for the clients and families. Grace can provide service in English and Korean.

In free time, I like to spend time with friends and enjoy some height and speed! Love parasailing, paragliding, and skydiving! Bungee jumping is next on my bucket list!

About Me:
I am a newly Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with 5 years of experience working in the ever evolving field of ABA! Throughout my years, I have worked alongside several fantastic BCBA’s and received mentorship from many brilliant professionals at the University of Washington. I have experience working in homes, schools, and clinical settings, with a variety of clientele (cultural backgrounds, age groups, and diagnosis). I am extremely passionate about the work that I do, and strive to support my clients and their families with my compassion, collaboration, and creativity. As a behavior analyst, I work to prioritize naturalistic teaching styles that highlight the importance of play and joy within sessions. Outside of work I enjoy reading, crocheting, snowboarding, and playing soccer.
